I enjoyed my stay, especially the complimentary breakfast which offered a variety of delicious options. The location is nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I found the access to the dining area challenging due to the stairs, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues.

The pavlova was absolutely divine! 🥰 Soft and crunchy, it’s the best I’ve had in ages. The room was cozy, but it did get a bit noisy outside at night.

A Cozy Retreat with Great Charm!
Had a lovely two-night stay with a charming ambiance at this quaint pub. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I enjoyed a delicious sandwich from the menu. Pro tip, visit the terrace for a scenic view but be mindful of noise levels in the evenings!

Cozy pub vibes
Had a lovely stay! The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere felt just like home. Really enjoyed the meals, especially the big breakfast – the sausages were delish! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in the room. felt super relaxed after just 2 nights here.

I had a pleasant two-night stay while exploring the local attractions. The ambience was lovely, and the food was exceptional, particularly the hearty breakfast that helped set me up for the day. My room was clean and comfortable, with a charming traditional style. however, it was a bit noisy at night due to the pub's popularity. I enjoyed my time, despite the occasional disturbance.

Unpleasant experience with a loud bar area playing blaring music, not suitable for business travelers. The food was overcooked and unappetizing, especially the pork belly. Rooms were dated with minimal toiletries available and no bottled water provided, requiring a trip to a nearby shop.

Great spacious room with kitchenette for family, but breakfast lacked fresh fruit.

missingWrote a review on 23 Maycharming settingcottage accommodationsdecent breakfaststeep stairs
Charming historical setting with cottage-style accommodations. The breakfast spread features a decent selection of hot dishes, cereals, and fruits, and the upstairs private entry adds a layer of exclusivity. Quiet environment allows for restful nights.
Shower room lacks shelves for towels or toiletries, causing awkwardness during use. The narrow, steep stairs are part of the old-world charm but might be tricky for those with walking difficulties. Guests may hear noises from adjacent rooms, like snores or conversations, which can disrupt sleep.
